We were very well fed in Morocco. We were treated to fantastic meals at the home of my teacher host, Mifdal. His beautiful wife prepared amazing meals for us. The main Moroccan meal is the afternoon meal. There are typically several courses. Everything is fantastic! Well seasoned and served with complementary flavors.
